At 4" Heels, we want you to feel confident and stylish in every step; if your new pair isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and include all protective heel films.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack with Care

Place the heels back in their original designer box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
